Job Description

$24.00-$40.00/hr DOE

We are recruiting a Staff Registered Nurse for a very busy state of the art Intensive Care Unit- ICU of a non- for-profit 334 bed Community Hospital affiliated with a University Healthcare System

22 bed unit.

Nights 7P-7A or Rotating shifts 50/50

Nurse Residency Program

12 week Orientation

$15,000 Retention Bonus with a 3 year Commitment

(Must have 2 years of experience as an RN to qualify)

Federal Loan Repayment!

Ratio 1:2
Assessments, admissions, discharges, dressing changes, infusion pumps, start IV’s,maintain heparin drip, administer blood and blood products, chest tubes removal, trach care, drainage tubes,administer oxygen-(nasal canula, mask,endotrachael) catheters, G-Tubes, NG Tubes, assist with insertion of Central Lines, ABG’s,etc.
COPD, MI’s, multi-system failure, respiratory failure, CHF, ARDS, Post Surgery, etc.
12 hour shifts 7A-7P or 7P-7A

Weekend and Holiday Rotation

Shift Diffs:

Evening: $2.75

Night: $3.25

Weekend/Holiday-$6.00

Qualifications


Must have North Carolina Registered Nurse license or Compact State eligible.

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
