TITLE: System Director Critical Care(RN)
LOCATION: Shoshoni, Wyoming

SUMMARY:
To provide clinical practice leadership for the operation of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Department (ED) within the Health Care system.
To direct clinical practice, coordinate patient service delivery, educate and develop staff, control budget(s) and manage the work environment.
To serve as a resource for interdisciplinary divisions within the hospital.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
Master’s Degree in a related discipline preferred.
Registered Nurse license required. Must hold current active Wyoming RN license or compact equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ progressive leadership and managerial experience. Prior operational and supervisory experience within a complex medical center preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
Current ACLS certification.
Current PALS or ENPC.
Current NRP.
Current TNCC.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Position reports to the CFO.
Position will be over 2 campus' that are 20 minutes apart.
Prior experience within a complex medical center preferred and the ability to work as a team.
The hospital will offer a range between $90K-$109K depending on experience.
The position also offers a bonus potential(10-15%) and a great benefit package including temp housing, relocation.
