This outstanding Dialysis unit, based in beautiful Martha's Vineyard, MA is looking for the right RN to join their team of compassionate and driven health care professionals. The role of the renal-dialysis / dialysis nurse (dialysis RN) is to provide care for patients undergoing dialysis procedures, reviewing patient data and making recommendations to the physician for care. The Dialysis RN is also responsible for initiating a plan of care based on a patient’s specific needs, while also providing education to patients and their families.
