Work Type: FULL TIME
Work Schedule: NIGHTS
Location: CAPE FEAR VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER
Unit Info: 40 bed unit, 1:5 to 1:6, new renal patients, ARF, Medical Telemetry. Patients receiving peritoneal dialysis.
Position Summary:
A registered nurse who facilitates quality patient care through utilization of resources and maintains systems and procedures which enhance staff ability to deliver quality patient care. Position consists of flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Background in leadership role, or demonstrates strong leadership skills. 3 – 5 years of related clinical experience preferred. Positive interpersonal skills. Effective organizational, teaching, and leadership skills.
Required Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
Associate's Degree Nursing
REGISTERED NURSE
Currently licensed as RN by the NC Board of Nursing or Compact State.
Preferred Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing
OR COMPLETION WITHIN THREE YEARS
