Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The nurse manager coordinates the efforts of all clinical staff within the Emergency Center. Directs and coordinates the patient flow of both ambulatory as well as ambulance traffic while supervising and frequently assisting the clinical care provided by all staff members. This position involves the treatment of patients and access to PHI and conducts itself within the established code of conduct as well as in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization.
Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
4 - 5 years experience in a nursing supervisory role within a hospital environment (Required)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
Required Certifications/Licensures: Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support, PALS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
