Job Description
The Opportunity:
-Permanent, full-time position in a critical access hospital
-night and day shift available
-$30-$42 hourly rate
-$5,000 relocation assistance and sign-on bonus!
-Must have at least 1 year experience
-Has principle responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each assigned patient.
-Plans, provides, and documents discharge planning, teaching, and educates patients, family, or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care.
-Assures that the plan of care is carried out in a safe environment through performance and supervision of subordinate personnel.
