Job Description
RN Clinical Nurse- ED TRAUMA (nights) (3 12 hour shifts per week)
Our client is an 808-bed hospital in downtown Orlando that specializes in trauma, critical care, emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics and neurosciences. They are one of the state’s six major teaching hospitals and the corporation’s flagship medical center. It is Florida’s first Level One Trauma Center to have an accredited Chest Pain Center and is supported by Central Florida’s only hospital-based emergency air rescue transport service.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
Experience:
Twelve (12) months hospital RN experience. Previous Emergency Department experience is preferred.
Education/Training:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Assumes responsibility for professional development and continuing education.
- Meets all mandatory and developmental requirements for the facility and unit/department.
Licensure/Certification:
-Current license in the State of Florida renewed every two years.
-Maintains current BLS and ACLS certifications.
