Job Description

Qualifications
-Associate Degree in Nursing required
-Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 5 years
-Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program required
-State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License required upon hire
-Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days
-Clinical Area of Specialty Certification preferred

The professional growth and development opportunities truly prepare a nurse for the next step in their career. We provide neuro-specific training through classes, online learning modules, and 1-on-1 instruction on the unit with your preceptor. First year RNs can participate in our nurse residency program and unit-based SHARE sessions. These are specifically designed to support new graduates during their first year on the job as they transition to professional practice.
