Summary:
Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration effectiveness and re-assessment, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical and psycho-social care.
Documents patient care given.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Completes APEX and other applicable training within identified timeframe.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
License: RN in the state of KY

The hospital is a 25 bed critical access facility affiliated with a system that is Joint Commission Accredited.
Positions are 7pm-7am, 3x a week.
The range is 24hr-36hr and depends on experience. They have an excellent benefit package and will offer some relocation/sign on bonus(10K).
