Job Description
A permanent, full-time Diabetes Program Manager position in Denver, CO just south of Broncos Stadium.
This is a rewarding opportunity with an outpatient community health program. This position will supervise the Diabetes team by planning, implementation and evaluation of the DSME program while providing diabetes control and prevention strategies.

Candidates must have BSN or BS in Nutrition or other professional degree eligible for certification as Diabetes Educator and CDE (Certification as Diabetes Educator).
