Job Description
Seeking a Per Diem CDL Driver to be responsible for driving and maintaining the Mobile Medical Unit, ensuring employee and public safety, route and facility efficiency, and customer service excellence.
Compensation: $18.71 Per Hour
· Responsibilities Include:
- Agree to safely operate motor vehicles in accordance with applicable local, state, federal laws and fleet policies.
- Drives vehicles to location where medical services will be provided, performs unit set-up, and preparation procedures prior to start of clinical operations.
- Coordinate with Mobile Unit staff in maintaining adequate supplies.
- Performs minor unit repairs and up-keep.
- Perform monthly inspections on unit. (Oil, hoses, heating/cooling, tires, windshield/wiper replacement)
- At the end of the clinic session, breaks down the unit. (Performs Post-Trip Inspection)
- Working assigned weekends or late hours is required.
Education:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· 2 years of experience in transportation services.
· Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the necessary skills and sensitivity.
· Must be 21 years of age and have a current Arizona CDL driver's license and be qualified under company insurance.
· Must complete Driver/Transportation training on an annual basis.
· Must provide 5-year driving history record check from Motor Vehicles Division.
· Must pass regular drug tests given on a random basis.
· Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
