Registered Nurse (RN) Surgical Job Opening in Turlock, California.
This is a full-time evening position offering a $20,000 sign on bonus!
Registered Nurse (RN) Surgical Job Overview:
- Planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient
- Meet the patient's needs utilizing the nursing process and ensuring continuity of care during the surgical experience.
- Responsible for supervising and directing patient care while ensuring that proper techniques are used according to accepted standards
- Knowledge in operating medical equipment, proficient computer skills, can manage, organize and resolve problems with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Assist other members of the healthcare team as needed.
- May function as charge nurse as needed.
Registered Nurse (RN) Surgical Job Qualifications:
- RN license: California. Current and in good standing.
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS - preferred
- CNOR preferred
- 1 year Operating Room at Level II Trauma hospital OR Neuro surgeries preferred.
