Job Responsibilities and Requirements
The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the daily unit operations of designated units within the division of Surgical Services. This could include either an inpatient unit at KSMC/KWMC or one of the ASC's. The area of specialization will be provided through the job posting process; this job description will cover all areas.
Additional responsibilities and requirements for the Registered Nurse Manager include:
Experience Minimum five (5) years of RN clinical experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Cath Lab Manager role
Education BSN or health related bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a BSN or health related bachelor's degree program with a completed date defined
License, Certification, Registration Current Oregon RN license required upon hire/transfer
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required within 30 days of hire/transfer
