Job Description
Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Responsible for providing home nursing care through all phases of care
- Provide treatment to patients per protocols, utilize OASIS assessment and documentation.
- Manage and administer prescription medicines as needed
- Perform on-going periodic system assessment and data collection in a systematic manner
- Educates and instructs the patient, patient’s family and other staff as required.
- 1 weekend on-call
Benefits and Features:
- Competitive income dependent on experience ($62,000 – $69,000 year/ $29 - 33/hour)
- Full-time role/40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
Background Profile:
- Registered Nurse/RN
- License and Board Certification in state of Virginia or pending
- Open to new graduates with great clinical background
- 1 Year or more home health experience preferred
- Team oriented & outstanding communication skills
