Your Role with the Company:

  • Provide assessment and data collection to ensure proper admission per funding regulations

  • Perform client medication data entry necessary to complete admission using the Electronic Health Record as required by Program Manager/Director

  • Work with Case Managers to develop treatment plans

  • Follow doctor's orders, administer specified medication, monitor and record vital signs as needed, and maintain medical/ nursing records

  • Observe patients and document their responses to treatment and report out these findings to staff in daily staff via email updates

  • Follow administrative procedures in compliance with program policies

  • Provide medical documentation and medication monitoring training to staff

  • Join the Case Management treatment team weekly meeting

  • Discharge patients in accordance with established policy

  • Provide a proper response to client crises and emergencies as needed

Background Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree curriculum from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience in substance abuse

  • Minimum of one-year related experience

  • Must have the ability to perform the core functions of a substance abuse health professional

  • Must be able to develop a rapport with substance-abusing populations and families

  • Must have organizational management skills and maintain self and client discipline
