The Birthing Center is comprised of 12 labor/delivery/recovery rooms; tw surgical suites; 12 postpartum rooms and a nursery. We provide antenatal and perinatal care as well as post-operative gynecology care. Inpatient lactation services are available for patients and families.

The leadership team coordinates the unit to provide service 24/7. The clinical coordinators are responsible for directing care from shift to shift. Nurse to patient ratio in the various units are based on nationally accepted staffing guidelines taking into account patient acuity as well as the experience of the nurse. Patient care associates, unit secretaries, and surgical technicians partner with nurses to ensure quality care to our patients.

Located about an hour and a half east of Nashville, this medical center prides themselves on both their patient care and their patient satisfaction. Each patient receives individualized care and is treated to the highest possible standard. The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. MUST have Experience
2. BLS Certifications
3. All staff will receive the following training; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE. Fetal monitoring courses are provided to the Labor and Delivery Staff.
