Job Description
We are seeking Behavioral Home Health Nurses who want to make a difference and help patients in the greater Boston and North Shore Areas.
As an RN Case Manager, you will partner with the Clinical Director, Clinical Care Manager, and the rest of the team to administer and coordinate skilled nursing care to mental health patients requiring home care services. You will provide direct care and case management, complete timely documentation, and communicate with physicians and other services.

Position details:
- Mon-Fri 7a-3p or 12p-8p, but shift can finish early once rounds are done
- No Nights, No Weekends!
- Ability to earn much more if want to take on more patients/visits
- Average Nurse makes $108K-$112K annually, with some making as much as $180K!
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in good standing to practice professional nursing in the state of Massachusetts (as required by State regulations)
- A minimum of 1-year of RN experience
- Having prior experience caring for mental health patients, home care, and OASIS training is preferred
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order, or other reliable means of transportation
- Current CPR Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
