Job Description

Large, established NYC home care organization looking for RNs to work on a full-time basis for our short-term rehab program. RNs in this position will administer direct patient care in the home setting. Most of the patients in this program have been recently discharged from hospital following a major surgery or medical procedure. Patient care includes: wound care; management of IV's & catheters; and administration of medicines. RNs in this position are also responsible for documentation; scheduling; and processing referrals to outside specialists when needed. RNs work with support from the field team, which includes supervisory staff, RNs, and LPNs.

  • Competitive salary range between $93,000 - $112,000/year

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year(s) of experience as an RN in a direct patient care setting, or at least 6 months of direct experience in a CHHA program
  • Strong experience in acute or sub-acute care
  • Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or home care setting (home care experience a plus but not necessary)
  • Strong wound care skills highly valued
  • Driver's license + personal car required (travel is fully reimbursed)
