Job Description
* 13 weeks or up to 6 months, ASAP start
* M-F, 8-5
* RN must have at least 1 year of Home Health experience & HCHB/Oasis trained
* SC RN License and BLS required
* Will travel 40-80 miles per day; 30 productivity points per week
* Must have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and valid drivers' license
