Job Description
RN Case Manager - Home Health Needed for a 13 week assignment in Anchorage, AK. Primarily Home Health could have some Hospice care. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health and Hospice. This position will require candidates to have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8-5 with 1 weekend a month and call 1-2 nights a week. Typical day will include seeing 5-6 patients per day, within an estimated 40 mile radius, around 300 miles per week. **Mileage will be reimbursed at current IRS rate \***Candidate MUST have current active Alaska State Nursing License.
