Home Care Nurse - Assignment
As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care to at home maternal and pediatric patients. This assignment is for NYC Health + Hospitals located in New York, NY.
Home Care RNs for NYC H+H:
- Area of coverage are Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn
- Prefer candidates with a car
- NYS RN license required by July 6
- Acute Care and Home Care experience preferred
- 5 days a week, 9am – 5pm, which could include Sat and Sun
- Full time candidates only
