Home Health RN
Seeking a Home Health Nurse to join a practice in Virginia. This position works alongside the nursing and rehab team in the field and manages/supervises patient load with collaborative, multi-disciplinary team approach.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and has a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) in which he/she practices.
• Two (2) years of current nursing experience preferred
• One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferred Community health and a wide range of Medical-Surgical experience
