$77,000 - $86,000 (DOE)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
RN – Home Health
Position Overview:
A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager.
• Day shift; 40 hours/week; 8:30am-5:00pm (1 weekend / month required)
• 4 holidays / year required
• Service area: Dutchess County
• iPad provided as well as Agency Cell phone
• Mileage reimbursement ($0.56/mile)
• Fully equipped bag with all PPE provided

Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 yr RN experience required (Will train Acute Care or Sub Acute Care RNs)
• These patients can have: PICC lines, chest tubes, severe wounds, wound vacs, heart failure, respiratory issues, etc. so RNs with this experience will be highly preferred)
• Home Health with Oasis experience preferred
• Clean driving record / license with reliable transportation required (preferably no motorcycles) – must be comfortable driving in winter weather
• RN with solid communication skills a must
• RN licensed in NY required
