Job Description
The Registered Nurse PRN will coordinate client care with the interdisciplinary team including physician, client/family and referring agency; and administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence and assumes the responsibility for coordination of care.
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse, current State Drivers License.
- Minimum two years experience as Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
- Proof of current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis profile.
- Reliable transporation and valid auto liability insurance

- Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice
