RN - Patient Homes - Team 310 - Patients in Southeast Cape Coral - (Cape Coral Office)
Make visits to hospice patients in their homes. Computer skills and nursing experience required. Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. Must be willing to be trained and float to work other Hope Service Areas to meet organizational needs.
