Job Description
Seeking an Infectious Disease Program Nurse to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Compensation: $22.36 Per Hour
Education:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Graduate from an accredited nursing program
· Active Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse license
· Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
· Valid Fingerprint clearance card required
· Driver's License and Proof of Insurance may be required if requesting mileage reimbursement.
