Full-time Infection Control Specialist needed in New York!
Join a great 150-bed, acute care inpatient teaching facility serving people throughout central New York.
The Infection Control Specialist performs a variety of assigned infection control duties including surveillance, case finding, reporting, inspecting, control measures and education. Is available to employees and provides infection control information, consultation, and direction to them.
Requirements:
* Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
* Three to four years of experience in nursing desired.
* Current NYS License as an RN required, certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred.
