Job Description

L&D RN

-12 hour Days

Pay- 1 year $27.99 10 year $35ish 20 Year $42.00 base,

Plus they get $.75 for their first cert diff, and $.50 for up to 4 more certs (things like ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc).

-Relocation is possible-ask first

-Hospital size-25 Beds

-The hospital had a total of 957 admissions.

-Its physicians performed 237 inpatient and 471 outpatient surgeries

 Other benefits - We do a 50% match on retirement contributions up to the IRS limit after 1 year of employment. We have two health plans through Blue Cross to choose from – PPO with $1,000 individual deductible or a High Deductible Plan with HSA account. We offer dental, vision, and $50k in life insurance. New hires get 200 hours paid time off their first year of employment on an accrual basis. After 5 years they get 240 hours, and 280 after 10 years. We provide 48 hours of sick leave per year

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Current, temporary, or compact license to practice nursing in New Mexico.

 

Job Knowledge: Able to demonstrate the following core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability and leadership.
Participation in continuing education programs to maintain current license.
Knowledge of current trends and procedures in nursing profession.
Must have a current CPR card or be enrolled in the next available class.
Employment in accordance with the hiring policy of Cibola General Hospital.
