Growing acute care hospital located directly in Dallas, TX has a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery to join their team! Employee retainment bonus, great benefits, and competitive pay!
Pay Range: $28.00 - $45.00/hour
The Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Setting is in a 180-bed short-term acute care hospital
- Schedule: varied, with three 12-hour shifts per week
- Dayshift and nightshifts available for current Registered Nurses Labor and Delivery
- Great benefits for full-time employees

- Competitive hourly base with stackable night/evening and weekend shift differentials
- $5,000 employee retainment bonus provided to Registered Nurses Labor and Delivery
- Nightshift differential ranging from $3.50-$4.00/hour depending on shift
- Weekend differential of $6.00/hour (Friday - Sunday)
- Immediate start/orientation dates for Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
- The Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery must specialize in the birthing process, including preparing expecting mothers, labor/delivery, and the postpartum process
Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery Qualifications:
- Must have at least an Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program, BSN preferable
- Must have current Texas Registered Nurse license / compact license or eligible to obtain prior to start date
- Must be certified in BLS, ACLS upon hire and maintain throughout employment
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
- Must have strong communication skills and be a team player
