Job Description
Provenir Healthcare is currently looking for a Neonatal ICU Manager.
Schedule
Full Time No Weekends
Job Duties
- Monitor and evaluate standards of patient care specific to the individual patient care unit focusing on measurable outcomes.
- Participates in multidisciplinary rounds to facilitate unit throughput and communication with the team.
- Assesses patient; clinical status and attempts satisfactory resolution of patient clinical ethical issues at point of care prior to escalating issues.
- Conduct orientation process of new employees including unit based and float pool staff as applicable.
- Graduate of accredited nursing school with Nursing Diploma
- 3+ years of experience as a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration
- License to practice as an RN
- BLS Certification
- NRP Certification
- Managerial experience in the NICU
