Job Description
- Start Date
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule
- 20 hours/week (can be flexible)
- M-F
- 8 AM-4 PM (12-12:30 lunch)
- Clinical Details
- Traditional Occupation Medicine setting
- Will clear employees to work, some workman's comp, DOT physicals
- No suturing, only basic sprains & will then refer out
- Have certified drug screeners on staff
- Patient population- 18+, may see some 16+
- 4 patients per hour
- Mostly working in main clinic- may go offsite
- Requirements
- Active NY license, BLS, and DOT
- DEA not required
- Some OccMed experience
- Clean background
- Support Staff
- Six other providers on staff
- EMR
- Paper charting
- Advanced MD for scheduling
- Additional Details
- Ideally local providers- mileage reimbursement provided
