Job Description
- Administering post hire screenings
- Participating in drug free workplace protocols, ensuring hospital employees are free of communicable disease by annual TB surveillance and providing immunizations
- Ability to adequately perform phlebotomy procedures
- Counseling and testing after a blood and/or body fluid exposure
- Evaluating and treating employees as well as assisting with ADA accommodations
- Providing counseling, intervention and referrals for employees and managing day to day functions of the Employee Health Office, including the coordination with the Worker‘s Compensation Program.

Monday to Friday and some weekend coverage on Saturdays. (ICU, ED, Med/Surg Experience) This position is responsible for
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recent experience
- ICU, ED, Med/Surg Experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS preferred
- Active RN State Nursing license
