Position: Clinical Event Operations Administrator * RN-Occupational Health*
Location: Pinetops, NC
Shift: 10/8 - 10/9 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Start: Immediately
Job Description
- Manage COVID-19 testing site mentor and ensure all administrative needs are met
- Manage complete operation and performance of the testing site: adhere to policy and procedures.
- Order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Assist with clinical duties as needed; including checking vital signs
- Conduct nasal swabs of patients seeking to know if they have COVID-19
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate customer service and compassion when interacting with patients and staff
Follow policy and respect confidentiality while assisting;
1. Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days? Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath
2. Have you traveled internationally, or to an area affected by COVID-19?
3. Have you been around someone that is being evaluated or tested for, or has been diagnosed with COVID-19 ?
Requirements
- Must have 1-2 years minimum experience
- Must have strong management skills
- Experience working in fast pace enviornment
- Detailed oriented Cross Functional Learner
- 1-2years of recent paid experience
- Administrative Skills
