- At least 2 yrs of current experience and BSN preferred
-At least 2 yrs of current experience in a Stepdown unit
2. BLS, ACLS
-Referencing - 2 refs, 1 must be from most current job
-Work History - must include 10 years work history with no gap greater than 60 days without noting reason. Include non clinical roles if needed to capture full 10 years.
5. BSN is required with only occasional exceptions for hard to fill orders.

START: Start date will be 3-6 weeks out, 6 weeks min. w/out lic

SHIFT: 11.5 shifts Nights with rotation to Days, flex schedule 3 shifts-4 shifts-3 shifts-4 shifts, 14 shifts/ month, 80.5 hours bi-weekly




The role of the pediatric hematology / oncology / BMT nurse is to administer patient care in a specialized pediatric unit. A pediatric hematology / oncology / BMT nurse is responsible for managing patients who are preparing for bone marrow transplant or recovering from one, patients requiring special medications and care due to high infection susceptibility caused by their immunosuppressed status. A Peds Hem/Onc/BMT RN will also assist in the treatment of patients with sickle cell disease, hemophilia, acute and chronic hematological problems, disorders of red cell membrane metabolism, and other related conditions.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 yrs of current experience and BSN preferred
-At least 2 yrs of current experience in a Stepdown unit
