RN – Manager of Nursing Services - Oncology
$109,000 - $114,000
RN – Manager of Nursing Services – Oncology
Position will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Clinical Director to provide nursing support for operations to existing practice locations and newly acquired practices by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices, implementing of/providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Supports and adheres to the Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Qualifications
- BSN required from an accredited program for professional nursing education from four-year college or university; Masters strongly preferred.
- Business education courses preferred.
- Minimum seven years actively practicing as a registered nurse, with three years oncology experience.
- Three years in a leadership position (preferably oncology or complex specialty) require
