Job Description

Part Time RN, Night shift, to work two 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 pm to 7:00am) in our Short Stay Unit. We can only guarantee the 24 hours per week. The RN must be able to float to Med Surg departments as needed when the Short Stay Unit closes due to census. Would not need to float to any critical care areas. Must have at least 2 years of Hospital bedside nursing experience in Med Surg or critical care.

We do offer benefits to co-workers who are at 26 hours or more weekly.

We also allow co-workers to pick up shifts as needed or hold an additional position in a different unit so long as the combined FTE status does not exceed 1.0 (40 hours per week.) The requirements for the position are: RN License in the state of Indiana; BLS2; A nursing degree from a nursing program that is accredited by ACEN or CCNE. If they have an Associates or Diploma degree from an accredited program, they will be required to obtain a BSN within five years of hire from a program that is accredited by ACEN or CCNE.

We reimburse up to $4,000 per calendar year for a BSN.
