Job Description
Provenir Healthcare is currently looking for a Medical-Surgical Nurse.
Schedule
7 am - 7 pm
Job Duties
- Performs complete and accurate nursing assessment on assigned patients.
- Completes Valuables form at time of admission. Identifies changes in patient condition and reports to the physician and/or Supervisor unit/primary nurse for patient.
- Reports assessment and care details to primary nurse/unit supervisor before admitting next patient.
- Priorities of care are established and based on presenting medical history, past medical history, nursing observations and assessments.
Qualifications
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse
- BLS Certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
