Seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to be an Administrator

The RN Administrator works with the Regional Director to ensure the clinical, quality, compliance and financial operations of all site Dialysis Programs (either state or collection of states). This includes compliance, billing, and infection control. The RN Administrator ensures that all federal, state or local regulatory standards are maintained at all times and functions as the point person for facility surveys. This position works and partners with Skilled Nursing Facility leadership on resolution of operational/quality issues. The RN Administrator has strong provider relationships and actively works with Business Development on company expansion. This position includes about 50% travel.

Experience Required

• Five years management experience in a Renal Dialysis program required
• Project management experience preferred
• BLS Required
