We are seeking a Post Op Registered Nurse to join our team full time to work at Glens Falls Hospital for a 13 week assignment!

The following shifts are available: 7:00pm - 7:30am (36hrs per week).

Post-Op Surgical is a 27 bed Med/Surg unit if all private rooms. With a focus on Post-Op patients, we serve a mix of surgical patients including Orthopedic, Vascular, General, Urology, GYN, Neuro, ENT and various other specialties. Post-Op receives surgical patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric. Our unit also specializes in wound, ostomy and wound vac related dressing care, the unit has a monitor for Capnography. Post-Op is a strong cohesive family with patients as number one focus.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program.
  • Current license and registration to practice Registered Professional Nursing in New York State.
  • BLS, ACLS and vent experience required.
