Distinctive Home Care is currently seeking to hire a full-time Pain Specialty Registered Nurse to work at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Treating and managing post-operative and chronic patients with pain management.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Education Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a college or university accredited by either National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association
- Experience: (a) Have completed 24 months experience working as a RN preferably with experience in pain. (b) Or pain clinic setting within the last five (5) years. (c) Have experience working with a team in a clinic setting.
- Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse
