Job Description
Public Health Practice located in Napa, CA hiring for a Registered Nurse Case Manager for the Developmentally Disabled to join our team!
Position Details:
Working with our team dealing with developmentally disabled patients, care plans and consultations. Ensuring service for patients are in place.
PPD: 20-25 patient case load
Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm

Qualifications:
