This Community facility located in New Jersey in the areas of CherryHill, Trenton, Atlantic City, Camden and Ocean City is now hiring BILINGUAL RN’S to join their treatment teams of Therapists, Counselors and other staff that provide life skills education in health-related subjects.
OVERVIEW
- As the RN you will be providing oversight of the administration of medication by Support Coaches. You will be communicating information about the medications to residents and staff and making certain that all supplies and medications are on hand and correctly administered.
- As the RN you will be responsible for physical examinations, treatment or referral of all emergent health concerns of residents, accuracy and completion of Medication Logs in addition to administering the appropriate medications when authorized by a physician and proper disposal of old medications.
- As the RN you will be conducting two health groups on a weekly basis
SCHEDULE
Typically, the hours are: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, however some evenings and weekends are required, and the Nurse is on call 24/7/365
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or Compact State License
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required (BSN)
- Prior experience working with Adolescents and ability to communicate with them effectively
- Must be Bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English
- Current active in and in good standing a New Jersey Driver’s License
- Registered insured Vehicle in the State of New Jersey
- Ability to successfully pass all required background checks.
