Job Description

CentralCare is currently looking to fill a position at Tripler Amry Medical Center for a Community Health RN. Interested candidates must possess one year of experience as a Community Health RN, a valid RN license and an American Heart Association BLS Card.

Job Responsibilites include:

Conudt COVID-19 contact tracing on all military beneficiaries and TAMC/DDHC employees.

Coordiante patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures and guidelines used in the MTF.
