Job Description
Clinical Coordinator Corporate Health
- Serves as a leader and role model. Responsible for clinic staffing and efficiencies, coordinating employees, daily clinic activities, and overall clinic flow. Collaborates with management team and clinic providers to provide appropriate clinic employee oversight. Must have natural leadership ability capable of interacting and gaining respect among Physicians, midlevels providers, and staff. Develops and implements the training program for the nursing staff who are responsible for explaining individualized treatment plans to the patient and his/her family for treatment protocols and/or procedures. May serve as back-up to the Physician pod as a Team Leader if not adequately staffed due to employee shortages.
- 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing from a state accredited school, RNs hired after January 1, 2017 must obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a state accredited school within 5 years of date of hire (Required)
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- 4 - 5 years Clinical practice in nursing (Required)
- 2 - 3 years Management (Required)
- 2 - 3 years Computer skills (Required)
- Required Certifications/Licensures: Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license
