Job Description
Extended Access/UC NP - Southern OR.
Must have a min of 1 year of UC or Emergency Medicine experience as an NP.
We are offering the following:
Annual base salary of $120,000
Annual performance incentives up to $10,000 starting in year two
$10,000 - $15,000 signing bonus DOE
$10,000 relocation assistance
$3,000 annual CME allowance
30 days of paid time off per year

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
