RN Job Description- Urgent Care – Winslow Indian Health Care Clinic
**13 Week Contract with Possible Extension - Start as early as 1/25**
An Urgent Care Nurse, assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care with medical, surgical, pediatric, ambulatory and emergency conditions. Manages and delegates to all assigned personnel; manages supplies and equipment on the unit, and promotes teamwork with primary care providers, personnel of other departments and the patient community. Plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Requirements:
· Graduate of an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program.
· (2) Two years’ or more experience in nursing specialty dependent on department which includes Urgent Care or Emergency medicine
· State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) (must hold a current, unrestricted state nursing license
from any of the 50 United States or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.)
· Must have all of the following certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS, and PALS
· Must speak, understand, read, and write English fluently and communicate with sufficient clarity to be understood by personnel and patients.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $57.36 per hour
