A healthcare professional that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates monitors and evaluates patient care activities under physician supervison. He/she has clinical and functional knowledge of the position for which they are accountable. He/She collaborates with other associates and departments effectively to promote high quality and effective care.
Requirements
- Graduate from a school of nursing. New grads considered.
- Two years wound care experience preferred
- Current registration with the Louisiana State Board of Registered Nurse Examiners, CPR certification
- Wound Care Certified preferred or pursuing certification
