Job Description

Hospital near Dayton, OH and Columbus, OH area needs 1 locum CRNA to fill in to start in 6 weeks to and work ongoing. Outstanding facility with highest retention rates of all OH hospitals for 3 years running. Care team model of 10 total CRNAs. Cases Include; General surgery, GI, urology, hearts (not required) and OB. Schedule: 8 OR's running from 7a‐3p. 3 ORs running from 3p‐7p Mon‐Fri, 2 ORs running from 7a‐3p Sat. Weekend and Weeknight call: 1st call and 2nd call 1:8 each or 1:4 total. $500 gift card awarded every 500 hours of work - Loyalty Program $132 per hour all-inclusive + A++ rated malpractice insurance. $2 increase if you have your own malpractice.
