Job Description

Ongoing Locum Full-time CRNA needed ASAP to work in NW IL Hospital near Barstow, IL.


Start: 12/23/16 (pending credentialing)- Emergency credentialing is available Cases: General surgery, OB, epi, tubal ligations, c-sections and ortho. Proficiency and experience in blocks and OB services are required. Must be able to work autonomously. Call schedule: (3p-7a) every 3rd weekend and 10 days per month $110 per hour (with A++ rated malpractice insurance provided) or $115 per hour with own insurance. $500 gift card awarded every 500 hours of work - Loyalty Program. Housing and travel are available, if needed.
