Job Description
A hospital based practice NW of Chicago has an immediate need for a CRNA to join this highly skilled team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to work approximately one hour outside of the city. Located just Northwest of Chicago, it has all the amenities of a big city but the charm of a small town. With excellent schools, parks, recreational facilities and the beautiful, fast-growing suburbs of Chicago this area is the perfect place to call home. Shifts are: 4 10 s, 3 12's, or 5 8's, and call is optional. General, OB, Ortho, GYN, peds, spinal anesthesia, neuro cases to include spine surgery. It's a care team model. Ideal candidates will have a valid IL Nursing license. - Base Salary of $160,000 to $175,000 - Call Bonus Pay of $21,600 - $50,000 retention bonus package ($5,000/yr for 10 years) - Health (168/month) (Employer) Total 2016 annually - CME/Professional Expenses $1000.00 - 401k 4% match up to $1200.00 - Malpractice $6500.00 - Vacation: 5 Weeks - Total Paid Benefits of $15,216
